COMMON QUESTIONS

You Asked, We Answered

HOW LONG DO YOUR TREATS LAST?

Although our treats do not contain any artificial preservatives, we use honey and potassium sorbate as natural preservatives.  Treats are guaranteed fresh for 60 days after purchase. The shelf life of treats may be effected by how you store them, which is why we recommend storing them in a dry, cool container.

I LIVE IN THE NASHVILLE AREA, DO YOU OFFER FREE PICKUP?

Free pickup is available for those in the Nashville area and surrounding communities. Select the "local pickup" option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. I bake from my home kitchen, so the pickup address is our house address. We have a special-insulated box on our front porch specifically for treats.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

There is a $6.99 shipping & handling fee on all orders that are shipped. Due to the increase in USPS shipping fees for the holiday season, we have paused free shipping over $50. We hope to be able to offer it again in the future. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days. If you have a large order, the wait time may be longer.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

Our main ingredients include whole wheat flour, all natural peanut butter, honey, eggs, vegetable oil, and baking powder. Some recipes call for fruit and cinnamon depending on the flavor you order. Our bacon + cheddar treats are the only meat-based treat that we currently offer.

MY DOG IS ALLERGIC TO EVERYTHING,  WILL THESE TREATS WORK FOR THEM?

Some dogs may be allergic to some ingredients in the recipes. If you have concerns about the ingredients or your dog hasn't been introduced to a particular ingredient, start out by giving your dog small pieces at a time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with the product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
